“Building Exceptional Boards” Presentation

Mitch Dorger is making a presentation entitled “Building Exceptional Boards” to a capacity-building workshop sponsored by the Flintridge Center in Pasadena, Calif. The presentation will highlight the 15 key building blocks for achieving highly effective boards. The presentation will also highlight the best practices as well as common mistakes and pitfalls related to these 15 critical areas of board activities.
