Featured Presenter at Calfest Convention

Mitch was one of the featured speakers at the annual Calfest convention in San Diego, February 6-8, 2013.   Calfest is a regional association which includes all festival and event organizations in California and Nevada.  Mitch made a presentation entitled “Surviving the Future:  What leaders, boards and organizations can do to ensure success in a changing world.”  The twin pillars of success were described as good governance and strategic planning, and specific suggestions were made in each category to help attendees take the lessons learned back to their organizations.
