IFEA Annual Convention, Pittsburgh, PA

Next week I will be attending the annual convention of the International Festival and Events Association (IFEA) in Pittsburgh. I will be busy there. I am hosting an affinity group discussion on boards for board members and senior staff. I am also presenting a talk on “The Role of Boards — Inside and Outside of the Boardroom.” And for the first time I will be an exhibitor there hoping to drum up interest and business for building more effective nonprofit organiations.
