Tournament of Roses Assn. CEO Retirement
Mitch Dorger officially retires from his position as the CEO of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association. During his ten years at the Tournament of Roses, the Association significantly updated its management and governance systems and improved the financial performance of the organization. During his tenure, Mitch oversaw activities supporting the 935 volunteer members of the Association, ten Rose Parades, each with viewership in the 50 million range, and ten Rose Bowl Games, the oldest and largest post-season college football game. The Association also hosted three BCS national championship games during Dorger’s tenure.
