Presentation on Managing Change

Mitch Dorger will present a workshop on Managing Change at the LA Center for Nonprofit Management in late November 2011. The presentation will focus on the impact of change in the modern world and how organizations, particularly nonprofit organizations, can work to understand and stay ahead of change. The presentation will provide specific processes for instituting and managing change in organizations as well as some of the problems encountered in trying to foster change.
