Webinar on Board-Staff Relations

On March 29, 2012 Mitch will present a webinar for the International Festival and Events Association on building good relationships between an organization’s board and the staff of the organization. This relationship is one of the most important in the whole organization. However, it is often one that is derailed for one of many possible reasons. Mitch will identify these problem areas and help organization build the sort of board-staff relations that enhance the effectiveness of the organization rather than detracting from it.
